Olly began his career in 1986 as an art director working on Pan Am and Nikon.
In the following years he joined Havas, rising to Creative Director at EuroRSCG London, creating campaigns for blue chip clients such as Peugeot, Citroen, VO5, Abbey National and WeightWatchers.
In April 2011 he moved in to the world of healthcare and joined ICC Lowe London (Now FCB health) as Creative Director. In the two years he was there his department collected over 17 major healthcare industry awards.
Olly joined CDM London as Creative Director in Sept 2013 and by June 2018 the agency reached a respectable 9th most awarded Healthcare agency in the world, with wins at Cannes and Clios as well as best in Show as the PM Society Awards.
In January 2018 he was promoted to Worldwide Chief Creative officer of CDM and that year he also served as a juror on the Lions Health jury as well as The Clios and The LIAs.
In 2018 the CDM network had its most creatively awarded year in its thirty year history.
After 10 years at CDM London, in January 2024 he moved to Concentric Life (Part of Accenture Song) as Executive Creative Director Global to head up the ex-US Global offering out of London.
